Introduction

Dr. Truc Phan graduated as the Second-Ranked Resident (Valedictorian Runner-up) from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMTP). As a committed advocate for advancing healthcare quality in Vietnam, she founded the Vietnam Young Physicians Forum, now the largest professional community for healthcare workers in the country. She also founded Pivie, the first online medical education platform in Vietnam.
