Create, manage and implement marketing strategy, plan and budget for the project marketing in conjunction with appropriate team members
Develop and cultivate relationships with Project and Sales Team
Assisting in products development.
2. Execution and Control
Manage all agency and vendor relationships including but not limited to creative, digital marketing, PR, and production team.
Analysis of the performance of advertising campaigns and to make suggestions for improvements.
Create and manage budget, purchase orders, the billing process, campaign ROI, and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
Create and manage mass marketing campaigns including but not limited to all digital push and pull initiatives, direct mail, emails, events, owner referral, broker referral,social media, and nurturing, etc. Manage developments of all fulfillment materials and fulfillment process
Manage web and social media presence and coordinate digital lead generation programs in conjunction with Director of Digital Marketing
Possesses and maintains thorough understandings of the industry and stays abreast of industry trends
Participation in the preparation of the annual work plan proposal: Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze internal situations and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for sales and budgets.
